How to Brew

• Measure about 2.5 g of leaves into a cup.
• Pour 150-200 ml of hot water, ideally just off the boil.
• Steep 5-7 minutes.
• Strain and drink plain; milk and sugar overpower this one.

What is silver needle white tea?

Why does my cup taste weak?
