FAQs
Which blend should I try first?
Most parents start with the plain oats pouch and move on to the beetroot and the green moong and spinach blends once that is accepted.
Does the spinach make it taste bitter?
It is a small proportion of the blend and the oats keep the taste mild, but flavour preference varies from child to child.
How long does a 50 g pouch last?
About four to five servings at 2 tbsp per serving.
Can adults eat it too?
There is nothing in the mixes that limits them to babies, though the portions and mild seasoning are designed for little ones.
