Ingredients

59% cereals and millets: oats, sprouted ragi, wheat, bajra, brown rice, jowar, foxtail millet, quinoa. 28% pulses: sprouted green moong, brown chana, urad black. 8% nuts: peanut, almond, cashew. 5% seeds: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds and cardamom.

How to Prepare

• Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mix to a pan.
• Pour in about 150 ml of water or milk a little at a time and whisk until there are no lumps.
• Cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
• Sweeten to taste with jaggery or dates powder if you like, and serve warm.
