This is a complete instant coffee mix, not just coffee powder: Arabica coffee blended with a soy-based creamer so a cup needs nothing but hot water. There is no chicory in it and no dairy, which makes it useful if you are lactose intolerant or travelling without a fridge. The 400 g pack works out to roughly 16 to 20 cups.

Ingredients

How to Brew

• Add 2 tbsp (about 20 g) of the mix to a small amount of water.
• Stir until smooth.
• Top up with hot water to about 100 ml.
• Mix well. For cold coffee, make the paste with a little hot water first, then add cold water and ice.
