How to Use

Lie down and place the pillow gently over closed eyes, or along the neck or lower back. Let the flaxseed spread and settle before you relax into it. Ten to fifteen minutes at a stretch is plenty. Lift it away slowly so the seeds do not spill toward one end.

Care Instructions
