Ingredients

Sprouted ragi, raw Kerala banana powder (Nendran banana), oats, almonds, cashew, cardamom.

How to Cook

• Wash your hands and use clean utensils.
• Add 80 ml of water to 2 tbsp of the powder, a little at a time, mixing as you go.
• Cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously so it does not form lumps.
• Adjust the consistency with a splash more water and serve warm.
