A marble oil burner from Gulessence — a stone dish set above a tealight compartment, used to warm water and essential oil so the fragrance disperses gently into a room. Unlike an electric diffuser it needs no power and makes no sound, which is why it suits bedrooms, meditation corners and yoga spaces. Works with any of the Gulessence essential oils.

How to Use
Fill the top dish about two-thirds with water, add three to five drops of essential oil, then light a tealight in the compartment underneath. Top up the water before it runs dry — heating an empty dish can crack stone and will scorch the residue. Extinguish the tealight before leaving the room.

FAQs
Do I need to add water, or just oil?
Always water first, then a few drops of oil on top. Heating neat oil scorches it and shortens the fragrance.
How many drops of oil should I use?
Three to five for most oils. For patchouli, one or two is enough.
Is it electric?
No, it runs on a tealight placed in the compartment below the dish.
Will the marble discolour?
Oil residue can stain if left standing. Wipe the dish out after each use and it will stay clean.
