How to Brew

Hot: one teaspoon per cup, water just off the boil, two to three minutes. Cold: steep in cold water in the fridge for six to eight hours, then strain over ice, which brings the lychee forward and softens the hibiscus tartness. It also holds up as a mocktail base if brewed double strength and chilled.

Why is the brewed tea so red?
