Chamomile Mint Harmony Tea blends chamomile flowers and mint with green tea. Chamomile gives the cup its soft, apple-like floral note, mint keeps it fresh on the finish, and the green tea base adds body so the infusion is not purely herbal. It is a mild, low-astringency cup for people who want something gentler than plain green tea.

FAQs
Is this caffeine-free like plain chamomile?
No. Pure chamomile is caffeine-free, but the green tea in this blend contributes a small amount of caffeine.
Which mint is used?
Dried mint leaf, blended through rather than added as an oil, so the cooling note is gentle rather than sharp.
Can I re-steep the leaves?
One more short steep works, though the chamomile fades faster than the mint.
