How to Use

Light the tip, wait for the flame to take, then blow it out so the stick smoulders. Lay it flat in a ceramic or metal holder rather than pushing it into a stand - there is no bamboo tail to hold it.

FAQs

Why does this burn longer than the cone version?

The stick spreads the same material over a longer, thinner shape, so it burns for around 45 minutes rather than the 35-40 minutes a cone gives.

What does cow dung add?

It replaces charcoal as the fuel, which keeps the smoke softer and the fragrance steady rather than sharpening as the stick burns down.

Is this the same as the temple-flower-only jasmine stick?

No. That version leaves out the cow dung and burns a little lighter and faster.
