Greenmeat Chilly Roast is a fiery, tangy dish with a hint of smoky sweetness. Tender Greenmeat pieces are simmered with onions, ginger, garlic, and dried Kashmiri chilli, blended with a bold masala mix for a distinct flavour. Great as a side dish with rice or rotis, it is a perfect balance of taste, convenience, and health in every bite.

How To Use:
STEP 1: Cut open Greenmeat curry cuts pouch and gently press on the two sides to separate the pieces.

STEP 2 (Optional): Take one-fourth of the gravy from the second pouch, mix well with Greenmeat Curry Cuts and marinate for 10–20 minutes.

STEP 3: Heat a tablespoon of plant-based oil, ghee, or butter in a pan, and sauté Greenmeat curry cuts for 1–2 minutes.

STEP 4: Add the remaining gravy to the pan, mix well, and heat for 2 minutes.

STEP 5: Add a cup of water, mix, close the lid, and heat in low flame for 5–10 minutes. You may add more water for more gravy, extra salt and/or green chilly for taste, and garnish with curry leaves.

Storage Information:
Store in a cool dry place. No need to refrigerate the pack before opening. Once opened, consume immediately or store in a freezer for upto 1 week.
