FAQs

What does bergamot taste like?

It is a citrus fruit, close to a floral, slightly bitter orange. It sits on top of the black tea rather than sweetening it.

Does it work with plant-based milk?

Yes. Milk softens the citrus and brings out the malt. Lemon is the alternative if you like it tangy.

Can I use it for iced tea?

It chills well. Brew strong, cool, then serve over ice with a lemon slice.
