FAQs

Which pouch size should I buy?

The 300 g suits a household using it a few times a week. Occasional use is better served by the 200 g pouch, and daily use by the 400 g pack of two.

Can I bake with it?

Yes. It works in batters and doughs, though it browns faster than white sugar, so watch the heat.

Does it taste strongly of dates?

It has a clear date flavour, which is noticeable in plain milk and less so in a spiced or cocoa preparation.

Is it suitable for babies?

The vendor states it is suitable for all ages. Follow your paediatrician's advice on when to introduce sweeteners.
