How to Prepare

• Wash your hands and use clean utensils.
• Add 80 ml of water a little at a time to 2 tbsp of the powder and mix until smooth.
• Cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously so it does not form lumps.
• Adjust the consistency with more water and let it cool before serving.

Is the moong dal sprouted?

Can I add jaggery?

How does it compare with the plain ragi mix?
