Soft Spot Salted Butter is a dairy-free butter that behaves like butter. It melts into a paratha, browns on a dosa, sits on hot pav, and holds up in baking where a coconut-oil spread would collapse.

What makes it different

Coconut oil and sunflower oil with arrowroot powder, rather than a water-heavy margarine. That is why it melts cleanly instead of splitting, and why it works in pastry and cakes as well as on toast. Annatto gives it the colour; there is no dairy anywhere in it.
