Multigrain Flour – Pack of 2 | Asmita Organic Farms

A multigrain atta blending khapli wheat with jowar, bajra, ragi, oats, flaxseed and soya. Each grain brings something different — bajra and ragi give it a rustic huskiness, jowar a faint sweetness, flaxseed a nutty note and oats a light toasted flavour. It rolls into rotis much like regular atta, with more character. Sold as a pack of 2.

FAQs

Will the rotis be hard?

Not if the dough is rested. Millet flours absorb water slowly, so knead, wait ten to fifteen minutes, then roll.

Can I use it for every meal in place of regular atta?

Many households do. If the flavour is new to you, start by mixing it half and half with your usual atta.

Does it contain gluten?

Yes. Khapli wheat and oats are in the blend, so it is not suitable if you are avoiding gluten.

Is there soya in it?

Yes, soya is one of the seven grains. It is worth noting if anyone in the house avoids soy.
