How to Brew

Add two to three tablespoons to the upper chamber of a South Indian filter, press lightly with the disc and pour in hot water just off the boil. Let it drip through for fifteen to twenty minutes. Mix the decoction with hot milk and sugar to taste, and pull it between two tumblers to froth.

Good to Know
