FAQs

Is this a single flavour or two different packs?

Both pouches are the same oats and beetroot recipe.

Can it be made without cooking, using hot water?

It cooks better on a flame. Stirring hot water into the powder tends to leave it raw-tasting and lumpy.

Is there any added sweetener?

No. The only sweetness is what the beetroot brings.

How thick should the porridge be for a 6 month old?

Start thin and loosen it with extra water; thicken it gradually as your baby gets used to spoon feeding.
