Whole roasted almonds are embedded in a 62% single-origin dark chocolate base, jaggery-sweetened and completely free of dairy, lecithin, and artificial flavours. The almonds are roasted in-house to a precise level that maximises the Maillard flavour compounds without burning, then incorporated before the chocolate sets.
