Shipping policy

This is the shipping policy for www.earthbased.in ("Website"), operated by Ethical Living. For returns, refunds and cancellations, please see our Refund Policy.

Where we ship

We ship across India only. We do not currently ship internationally. We deliver to most Indian pin codes; a small number of remote locations are not serviceable. You can check whether your pin code is serviceable on the product page before you place the order.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are processed on business days. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered pan-India within 3-5 business days, and faster in metro cities.

EarthBased is a multi-brand marketplace. Products are dispatched directly by the brand that makes them, so an order containing items from more than one brand may arrive in separate shipments. You are not charged extra for this.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and the contents of your cart. The amount payable is shown before you pay. We do not offer a paid express or same-day delivery service.

Perishable and temperature-sensitive items

Perishable items such as plant based cheese are packed for cold chain and may be dispatched only on specific days of the week to protect the product in transit.

Damaged, missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, email hello@earthbased.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will replace or refund the item. You can also reach us on +91 96464 92525.

Return shipping

Returns are free. EarthBased covers the cost of return shipping - there is no return, pickup or restocking fee - and we arrange a reverse pickup by courier from your delivery address. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
