How to Use

The amalgamated rubber base is skid-free on smooth floors. It is the lightweight recycled EVA variant that is unsuitable for tile and marble.

What is the difference between a yoga block and a brick?

They are the same thing under two names — a firm support that brings the floor closer in poses needing lift or reach.

How long will the mat last?

As long as any comparable mat, or longer, provided it is wiped down after use and stored dry.
